– It is important to seek to constantly expand my knowledge and activity within my HR role, again this would be an area for development, however, I am currently able to engage with my stakeholders on all levels and utilise the experience I have gained to date. I endeavor to further develop my knowledge of the HR remit within my organisation and seek coaching, feedback, advice and mentoring from my HR Business Partner. I offer advice and support to my team members in relation to my specialist area, this is with the ultimate aim of promoting our HR department as a valuable, professional function, strategic function within the business
